How much do you love Newport Beach? You can share your favorite photo and short story of Newport and possibly win thousands of dollars in prizes at www.VisitNewportBeach.com. Your Story Awaits contest gives you the chance to get creative with Newport Beach memories and enter to win cool prizes including a Newport Beach vacation.
Here’s how to enter: just upload your photo and submit your story at Visit Newport Beach Contest. The contest is also live on the Visit Newport Beach Facebook Fan Page. By entering, you’ll also receive a $50 discount code on Travelocity for a future trip to Newport Beach.
A weekly winner will be announced and gifted with prize packages through Oct. 5. The grand prize winner will receive two roundtrip Southwest tickets to Newport Beach, two nights at the Hyatt Regency, $100 gift card to Fashion Island, a dinner cruise for two onboard the Hornblower and two rounds of golf at the OCC Gold Coast Coyote Hills.

It may not come from the tomb of an Egyptian mummy, but Molly Wood Garden Design is now offering handmade Egyptian pottery that is a must have for any home or garden. The creamy off-white clay pots come in many new shapes and sizes. Unplanted, prices range from $14 to $48 and may run out soon.
